In memoriam – Peter van Halst

It is with sadness that we learned that our former colleague Peter van Halst passed away on 20 March at the age of 70, following a short illness.

Peter joined CEBO on 3 August 1981, where he worked for many years as a shovel operator and operator in the grinding plant. As of 1 October 2022, he retired.

With Peter’s passing, CEBO has lost a valued former employee. As a mark of respect, the flag at CEBO’s head office is being flown at half-mast.

We wish his family and friends much strength during this difficult time.
