Since this month, CEBO has launched the CEBO Safety Academy: a new internal program that marks an important step forward in safe working practices.

No more standard “one-size-fits-all” VCA training, but practical safety training and assessments fully tailored to CEBO’s own activities, risks, and departments.

The safety assessments consist of CEBO-wide questions on general safety, combined with department-specific questions that focus on the risks and activities within each role.

The CEBO Safety Academy provides one shared safety foundation across CEBO and training that truly matches day-to-day operations. The focus is on learning and continuous improvement, not on assessment or judgement. In this way, CEBO invests in knowledge, awareness, and collaboration — with one goal: a safe working environment for everyone.
